This is a private wedding website. It collects only what is needed to organise one day, and deletes it shortly afterwards.

Who is responsible

This site is run privately by the Osmani Rodriguez family for the wedding of Xhesi and Marco. Questions about your data, including requests to see or delete it, go to Beola Osmani on +355698991431.

The operator’s full postal details are shown on the legal notice page and are being completed before launch.

What we collect

If you reply to the invitation: the name on your invitation, whether each person is coming, the names of those attending, any dietary requirements and free-text allergy notes for each attendee, and any message you write to the couple.

If you ask about a room: the name on your invitation, whether you need accommodation, how many rooms, and an optional note.

If you upload photographs at the wedding: the images themselves and an optional label saying who they are from.

The site also stores your chosen language and your cookie decision on your own device. Separately, it keeps a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abusive submission rates, and a hash of the code that lets you edit your reply. We never store your IP address itself.

Why, and on what legal basis

Everything here exists to organise a private wedding. Your reply, your room request and any photographs you upload are processed on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which is why each form asks you to agree before it will send. Basic abuse prevention — the rate limiting above — rests on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).

Allergy and dietary information can reveal something about your health, which Article 9 GDPR treats as a special category. It is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a), and used for one purpose: telling the caterer what to cook.

Who else sees it

The database, sign-in and file storage are provided by Supabase, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors under a data processing agreement, and depending on the region chosen for the project, your data may be processed outside the EU under the relevant safeguards. The concrete region and agreement references are being confirmed and will be stated here before the invitation is shared.

Nobody else receives your data. It is not sold, not shared with the venue automatically, and there is no analytics or advertising of any kind on this site.

Third-party content

Nothing on the public pages is loaded from another company. There is no embedded map, no video or audio player, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party fonts — the typeface is served from this site. Links to Google Maps and Apple Maps are ordinary links: nothing is requested until you choose to follow one.

How long we keep it

Guest data is deleted approximately one week after the wedding, around 2027-06-19. Deletion is carried out deliberately by the administrator rather than by an automatic job, so that nothing disappears by accident.

Photographs uploaded by guests are a separate decision and are not covered by that rule. If you would like yours removed at any time, ask Beola Osmani.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data held about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

The quickest route for all of these is Beola Osmani on +355698991431. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

This page is not listed in search engines. That is a courtesy, not a security measure: anyone with the link can open it, so please share it only with people who are invited.
